- The Pine Bluff Arsenal Contracting Office has requirements for the items listed below: This synopsis was previously posted as W911RP-11-R-0024 and is being re-posted as solicitation W911RP-12-R-0004. Solicitation W911RP-12-R-0004 will result in an award of a five year firm fixed price Requirements type contract(s) (See FAR 16.503) for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Housing Coupling Quick Disconnect Component; CLIN 0002 - Elbow Tube Component; CLIN 0003 - End Fitting Component; CLIN 0004 Plunger Coupling Component; the Government is entitled to order up to a maximum quantity of 500,000 each of CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002, CLIN 0003 and CLIN 0004 in each of the five (5) ordering periods.
