P/N: 185A500-100 7. Application (Engine or Aircraft): B-2 Acft 8. Description: THIS IS A DX RATED REQUIREMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEFENSE PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATION SYSTEM (DPAS). DD Form 254 may be applicable. The Receiver uses radio frequency channels utilizing high speed switching monopulse measurements of the frequency, amplitude, angle of attack, pulse width and PRI for selected antenna arrays. Length - 15.8 in., Width - 12.7 in., Height - 7.8 in., Weight - 59.5 lbs. Total 3 Year Best Estimated Quantity (MYC BEQ) is 17 each with Min Order Qty: 2 each and and Max Order Qty: 12 each. Total Maximum 3 year Qty - 26 each. In lieu of MYC, FY requirement is BEQ - 12 each, Min/Max of 3 each/18 each. Destination: SW3211, Tinker AFB OK. Required Delivery: beginning 31 December 2012. 9. Other: Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Lockheed Martin, Owego NY (CAGE 03640). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Interested persons/firms may identify their interest by submitting a capability statement, proposal or quotation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested sources may submit a capability statement, quotation or proposal that will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
