The Air Pressure Pump provides filtered, oil-free compressed dry air to the related aircraft systems. The service provider would be required to provide engineering services as necessary to design, build, test and qualify an Air Pressure Pump to the requirements in the specification control document specific to this particular item. For the purpose of this notice, the approximate functional parameters of the desired system are as follows: -- Input power 115 VAC 3 phase, 400 Hz. -- Capacity - capable of supplying 200 cubic inches per minute of dry, oil-free air at 50,000 feet pressure altitude. -- System will have integrated switches, relays and controls as necessary to allow Air Pressure Pump to maintain positive system air pressure throughout all levels of flight. -- System shall be inherently nuclear hard. This notice is intended for qualified DoD contractors. If an offeror believes that they may have the skills and capabilities to perform this engineering service, provide completed copy of DD2345 and CAGE code to the contact below (email is acceptable). Upon review of the DD2345 a copy of the non-confidential, non-proprietary Source Control Document (SCD) will be provided via email. This SCD will contain detailed functional, performance, durability and qualification requirements for the item. 423 Supply Chain Management Squadron Attn: Dale Amlee Bldg 3001, post 1AC4-100A Tinker AFB, OK 73145 Dale.amlee@tinker.af.mil Industry responses to this notice should provide information on items that have been designed and manufactured that are deemed similar to the item sought here.
