Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number W9124N-12-T-0081 is issued for this acquisition. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59 effective 05 May 2012. This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 212321 with a Size Standard of 500 Employees. Performance period is 30 calendar days after issuance of the receipt of contract. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The Government seeks to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation method that will be used for this particular acquisition is Lowest-Priced-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). Technically Acceptability will be established by the contractor's ability to deliver the specified gravel within the specified time frame. The attached Schedule of Prices (starting on page 2) lists the contract line item number, items, quantities and units of measure. Please fill in the price, extended price and total price and submit with the Quote.
