CANCELLATION NOTICE:Bids are being solicited under solicitation number W9017H2096NMG4. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective GSA Schedule AND upon approval from the soliciting Contracting Officer. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2012-07-13 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be FORT LEE, VA 23801 The MCC Eustis - ICO Lee requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001, A fully rugged joint platform tablet computer (9800-55800-5000) capable of operating in the harshest environments. The tablet can be mounted in a variety of different vehicle platforms or in a desktop or dismount configuration. The tablet includes the following: 1.66 GHz Pentium Dual Core processor, 4 GB RAM, 10.4 XGA sunlight readable display, 5 wire touch screen interface, Embedded Key pad, Battery Gauge, Up/Dwn Brightness control, Blackout, NVIS mode, 1 PCMCIA Slots - type II, 4 USB- 2 standard dual USB connector (2.0 compliant) and 2 Mil connectors, 2 Ethernet - 1 standard RJ45 Ethernet connector and 1 Mil connector, 4 RS-422 Serial interfaces, 1 RS-232 Serial interface (redundant channel), Audio Out, 2 removable Li Ion Smartbatteries, Tethered stylus, Power 28VDC MIL-Std 1275 compliant, No Hard Drive included., 245, EA; LI 002, A sealed elastomer keyboard (9900-48669-0000) designed for rugged field use. The keyboard includes built in steering and selection controls that emulate the actions of an external mouse. It connects via a rugged connecter to right side of the JointPlatform Tablet., 460, EA; LI 003, Docking Station (9900-17700-0201) facilitates secure installation of the joint platform tablet into a vehicle plaform. The dock provides power protection via a 10 amp circuit breaker/switch and allows operation of an external satellite transceiver. The power and transceiver connectors are located on the top of the dock. Two RS-422 connectors, one RS-232 connector and the tablet interface connector are located on the left side of the dock., 650, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MCC Eustis - ICO Lee intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MCC Eustis - ICO Lee is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids.All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.Sellers that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration.
