- DOL Wage Determination Ohio Mingo Road Signed Eng. Plans/Drawings Mingo Road_Bid Schedule Mingo Road Specifications AG-5E34-S-12-0026 Mingo Rd Clauses AG-5E34-S-12-0026 Solicitation The subject solicitation is approved for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Request For Quotes (RFQ) through the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Emergency Watershed Protection Program, the NRCS, and the Sponsor the Ross County Engineer, propose to contract a streambank stabilization project along Mingo Road. The project is located in Twin Township, Ross County, Ohio. The contract name is; Mingo Road The job consists of - 69 C.Y. of Rock Riprap, associated drainfill, and channel clearing and shaping. The total project cost is estimated between $5,000.00 and $15,000.00: A Site Showing will be held on July 24th, 2012 at 9:00am. Attendees may meet at the site, located just west of the junction of Mingo Rd. and Scott Rd. Mingo Rd. is also known as Co. Road 104 in Twin Twp., Ross Co. Remarks and explanations at the site showing SHALL NOT qualify the terms of the solicitation. Terms of the solicitation remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. Evaluators will not make assumptions regarding missing or incomplete data. Incomplete quotes or quotes received after closing deadline will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and not considered for award. The Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the government or the expenditure of public funds in connection with this proposed acquisition and is the only person authorized to make changes to this RFQ or any resulting contracts award. Request For Quotes(RFQ), Firm Fixed Price - Sealed Bids must arrive at the address in Block 7, of the SF1442 by 9:00am, July 30th, 2012. Bid openings will be conducted on the same day as the bid closing at the above listed time. No bids will be accepted after the noted Bid Acceptance Time. Any bid received AFTER the acceptance time will be considered late and will not be accepted. ALL SEALED BIDS MUST HAVE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE AND MARKED ATTN: LONNIE D. ROOT. (Envelopes will not be provided by the Government)
