- RFQ NMFS AKR-12-0717 to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries Alaska Region a detailed account of the anthropogenic noise sources and their frequency of occurrence in Cook Inlet beluga habitat; and where beluga whales have been documented per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the contractor to provide NOAA National Marine Fisheries Alaska Region a detailed account of the anthropogenic noise sources and their frequency of occurrence in Cook Inlet beluga habitat; and where beluga whales have been documented per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quote RFQ NMFS AKR-12-0717 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. This is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
