- Description
- The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Acquisition Division, Andrews AFB, intends to award a sole source contract to MathCraft Inc., 44121 Harry Byrd Hvy Ste 200, Ashburn VA 20147. AFDW intends to award an other than full and open competition for the procurement of the following: AC-GOV-000:AC100 -- Access Commander Licenses (1-10), Qty: four (4) each and TRNG-GOV-000:AF104 - Access Commander Individual Training (two (2) people will attend at two (2) different classes), Qty: four (4) each. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No substitution of these products can be accepted. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Administrative Information: The reference number for this requirement is F1DT862151AC01. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 with a busness size standard of $25,500,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business. To be considered eligible for award, offeror must propose goods and/or services that meet the applicable provisions of the Access Board's standards as identified by the agency. Alternatively, offeror may propose goods or services that provide equivalent facilitation. Such offer will be considered to have met the provisions of the Access Board's standards for the feature or component providing equivalent facilitation. If offer does not meet all applicable provisions of the Access Board's standards could be accepted without imposing an undue burden upon the agency or component, or if offeror does not propose goods or services that fully meet all of the applicable Access Board's provisions, offeror whose products or services meet some of the applicable provisions will be considered eligible for award. Award will not be made to an offeror meeting all or some of the applicable Access Board provisions if award would impose an undue burden upon the agency.
