- Amendment which extends the closing date. Ladies/Gentlemen USAID/Kenya invites proposals from interested parties for the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for the implementation of the Kenya Agricultural Value Chain Enterprises (KAVES) Project. This is an innovative program which uses an innovative approach to implementation. Organizations eligible to compete for the program are strongly encouraged to carefully review the RFP and submit proposals in accordance with Section L of the RFP. Instructions and deadlines for submitting questions and submitting proposals are indicated in the attached letter and RFP. Amendment 04 was added to extend the closing date and time.
