Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order to the NCIS Cyber Division to purchase Innovative Technologies, Inc., Chantilly, VA 20151. The agency ™s requirement is a continuation of an existing effort to purchase ITI A/V programming services (Crestron, Nexia, and Extron programming, and system testing) to make the new NCIS headquarters ™ main MTAC conference room (CAC) function more reliably and utilize source-destination routing so the Knowledge Wall can be connected to the conference room. The proposed contract action is for the conference room modifications of ITI A/V programming services to complete implementation of the Knowledge Wall implementation tasks per TASA contract; completely recoding the conference room ™s A/V equipment for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. See attached statement of work with task requirement with labor hour breakdown for review: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
