- The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only small businesses under authority of FAR 19.502-2(a). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The solicitation number is N65726-12-T-0028, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The associated NAICS code is 561110. This requirement is for Document and Digital Media Destruction services. Line items for this RFQ can be found in attachment N6572612T0028. The Statement of Work for this requirement is embedded within the RFQ N6572612T0028. This task shall have a period of performance of date of award through one year, plus two one year option periods. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Contractors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor will include completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Contractors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer; Central Contract Registration, DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options; apply to this solicitation. Quotes are due on 24 July 2012, by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time, to the Naval Sea Logistics Center, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC reflected above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted." Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail, faxed or mailed.
