- This solicitation is hereby amended to include 5 clarifications/issues presented at the pre-bid site tour. These may be found on the SF30 accompanying this announcement. The Bureau of Land Management, GSENM, UT has a requirement to construct a Wayside consisitng of a low retaining wall, viewing platform, sidewalk, stairs, curb and gutter and other improvements as per the attached specifications, drawings, wage determinations, and provisions. This is a Total HUBZONE Set aside and only proposals from vendors who have a HUBZONE certification will be considered.
