- The AAC Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for minimum 50kVA Three Phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1TTAP2180A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001 - Minimum 50kVA Three Phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with the following features and characteristics: AC Input/Output voltage 208V (three-phase, four-wire plus ground), at least 4 minute battery run time, single input, footprint no larger than 36in W x 36in D, and a three-year 100% warranty. CLIN 0002 - Factory UPS System Startup CLIN 0003 -Freight or Shipping Cost The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58.
