- ****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION related to this acquisition should be directed to DLA-AHA; Geraldine Turner, Contracting Officer email: Geraldine.Turner@dla.mil PRON: AX2C0120AX, NSN: 6680-01-471-6738, Part Number: HM020-930-21, Nomenclature: METER, FLUID FLOW; Quantity: 5 each minimum, 25 each maximum applicable to the BK (CH-47) Weapon System. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 5 each due 176 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to: Robertson Fuel Systems, LLC., Cage Code: 1T765. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone requests will be accepted.
