Description

Wage Determination No. 2005-2103 LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY (NIST), GAITHERSBURG, MD. SOLICITATION NUMBER: SB1341-12-RQ-0479 DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, are utilized in this procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), SB1341-12-RQ-0479. The solicitation incorporates and document provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. 1352.215-72 Inquiries (APR 2010) Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to Chon Son, Contracting Officer, with "cc" to Marie A. Gilliam, Support Contractor. Questions should be received no later than seven (7) calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812320 with a size standard is $5.0 million. This requirement is being competed as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5.
