Description

Title: Demolition of Building 503, 510, and 515 SYNOPSIS This procurement is being solicited, offered, evaluated, and awarded using the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13, along with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2 and 12.6, and the procedures in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation, A12PS01135 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 2005-30. The contemplated purchase order is 100% set-aside for small business. All small businesses shall provide a breakdown of pricing to demonstrate that at least 51% of contract performance shall be performed and incurred by the prime. All small businesses shall comply with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. The project consists of the demolition of Government Buildings 503, 510, and 515 in Laveen, Maricopa County, Arizona. The BIA contemplates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order.
