Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13 to acquire ArcGIS Data Appliance Renewal service in support of the Real Estate and Asset Utilization Section (GF-6), Marine Corps Installations Command, Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps (I&L), Washington, District of Columbia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to a large business, NACIS (423430) to ERSI, Inc. 380 New York Street Redlands, CA 92373-8100. The Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, (a)(1)(iii) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contractor is the sole provider for ArcGIS Data Appliance Renewal services, right-to-use license for the applicable data collection. DURATION: This requirement will be for a one (1), six (6) month extention period. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or email request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
