- Purchase Request: 0044055393, 0044447874, 0045795717 NSN: 4820-00-516-2463, Bell Part Number: 209-001-301-007, Transdigm Part Number: 732200. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Bell Helicopter Textron, Cage 97499 and Transdigm Inc., Cage 96124. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 69 each, New Cumberland, PA (41 each), Stockton, CA (28 each), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 300 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The solicitation issue date is August 3, 2012. The anticipated closing date is September 3, 2012.
