Description
Teach and Facilitate the 'Managing State Projects' Course Teach and Facilitate the "Managing State Projects" Course. The United States Department of State is seeking a company to teach and facilitate a 5 day course on "Managing State Projects". We intend to award a single IDIQ contract to teach multiple sessions of the course annually. This requirment is Set-Aside for 100% Small Businesses. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED PDF DOCUMENT INCLUDING: SECTION C, STATEMENT OF WORK; SECTION L, INSTRUCTIONS; SECTION M, EVALUATION CRITERIA The Department of State's National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Foreign Service Institute (FSI) provides training and professional development to personnel of the Department of State and the Foreign Service community. The mission of the Management Tradecraft Training (MTT) Division of the School of Professional and Area Studies (SPAS) at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) is to provide members of the foreign affairs community with the management tradecraft knowledge and skills to support the achievement of U.S. foreign policy objectives. Management Tradecraft Training is committed to enhancing the capacity of United States personnel to provide management expertise to all Foreign Service and civil service employees living abroad or stateside. The FSI/SPAS Management Tradecraft Training (MTT) Division has solicited and issued contracts with project management developers and trainers in the past for General Management Tradecraft (GMT) courses. We will be awarding a contract with a contractor to teach the five-day Managing State Projects Course which will be offered approximately 13 times during each contract year. The purpose of this solicitation is to award one contract. This is not for United States Civil Service jobs. Performance of these services will occur only as authorized by specific task orders detailing dates, tasks and schedules. The Foreign Service Institute is seeking contractors for professional services required by the Department of State and the Foreign Service Institute to deliver the five-day Managing State Projects Course.
