Industry Day / AFWA Tours / One-on-One Meetings Industry Day events are planned for the 1st and 2nd of August 2012 for prospective offerors to attend. On the 1st of August 2012, the Government will provide multiple briefings in the morning to include a mission brief, an overview of AFWA's Enterprise, and highlights of the RFP. The Industry Day will be held at the Bellevue Public Schools Support Center located at 2820 Arboretum Drive in Bellevue, Nebraska. Registration will start at 0800 hours and briefings will begin at 0815 hours. After lunch, a tour is planned of the applicable sections of the AFWA facility on Offutt AFB. Transportation will be provided by bus on and off Offutt AFB for this tour. Currently there is no limit on the number of representatives that may attend the morning presentation although the Government reserves the right to limit the number attending either the morning presentation or the one-on-one meetings held the next day to ensure space for all interested companies. The tour, however, will be limited to two representatives from each company. Contractors will be allowed to take handwritten unclassified notes and should bring their own note taking material. Notes must be protected using the appropriate DoD security procedures in DoD 52100.1R. The tour may include, but is not limited to, data center, administrative offices, and operational workcenters. Attendees will be required to hold a minimum of a Secret US Government granted security clearance. Failure to provide the required information no later than 1200 hours Central Time on 25 July 2012 may result in the inability to participate in parts of the tour or its entirety. It is the contractor's responsibility to verify receipt of your security paperwork from one of the AFWA POCs listed below. Please have your security personnel send your Visit Request through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to SMO Code OD2QFCY84. If your security personnel do not have access to JPAS, please have them fax or e-mail a visit request on their company letterhead with the following required information: first and last name, date of birth, social security number, and level of security clearance to fax number (402)232-5939 or e-mail to susan.gottschall@offutt.af.mil and john.egan@offutt.af.mil who are the AFWA Security POCs. The Government will review the numbers and structure the tour to support as many contractor personnel as possible. However, the Government reserves the right to limit the number of participants further if necessary. The option to hold a one-on-one meeting with the Government on 2 August 2012 will be offered in 30-minute time slots to discuss your capabilities and/or any ideas/comments you would like to share on SEMS III. Meetings will start and end at the assigned scheduled times. The request for a one-on-one meeting should be sent to 55 CONS along with the number of personnel planning to participate on 1 August 2012 for the morning presentations and 2 August 2012 for the one-on-one meeting (so we can ensure we have enough room) no later than 1200 hours Central Time on 25 July 2012. The 55 CONS POCs are Stacy Mazurek at stacy.mazurek@offutt.af.mil / (402) 294-6203 and Lt Thien Duong at thien.duong@offutt.af.mil / (402) 294-9811. 2. Questions All questions shall be submitted in writing (even if verbally asked/answered during our Industry Day events) and all Questions and Answers (Q&As) with the exception of contractor-identified proprietary information will be posted on FedBizOpps to ensure a level playing field for all offerors. Request contractors identify if their questions/answers are proprietary. Contractors are also encouraged to review the draft RFP documents posted on FedBizOpps prior to the Industry Day and submit questions. These questions and responses will be discussed at Industry Day if time permits. Whether or not time allows discussion at the Industry Day, these Q&As will also be posted on FedBizOpps. 3. Technical Library A technical library is being established for the SEMS III Contract. The library is composed of technical, architecture, and schematic information. Once available, we will provide additional details on how to obtain a copy. 4. Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents. The DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and the DRAFT Section J attachments are also being uploaded for your review. Not all of the Section J attachments are developed at this time, but will be posted on FedBizOpps once completed. Please note that this solicitation number FA4600-12-R-0013 replaces FA4600SEMSIIIOffutt under which earlier information was posted.
