Description

The RCO intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a large modular exhibit in support of U.S Army Africa for the Annual Association of the United States Army Tradeshow. Solicitation W912PF-12-R-0031 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation, provisions and clauses in its entirety are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. Performance of this contract requires the Offeror to provide all exhibit components, transportation, drayage, electricity, tools, equipment, labor, installation, cleaning services, dismantling, and storage of the large exhibit. The Association of the United States Army 2012 Annual Meeting will be held October 22-24, 2012. Exhibit site will be at the Washington DC Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The solicitation is available for download from the FedBizOpps- website: http://www.fbo.gov. All notifications of changes to this solicitation shall be made through the Internet only. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation. Registration: Potential offeror's MUST register at http://fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to this solicitation. All contractors MUST be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov or their proposal will not be considered. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
