- This is the NYS prevailing wage schedule for Otsego county. Education & Training Resources terms and conditions, applicable FAR clauses, authorized buyers list. This is the scope of work and bid sheet. "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Vendors are needed to provide and deliver (as specified in the FBO advertisement): The finishes and fixtures of both CM toilet rooms are in poor condition and need to be renovated, surfaces are cracked and have become porous and cannot be cleaned properly. All potential vendors must go to the FBO web site to view the proposal requirements and down load the required forms to submit with their proposal.
