Description
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334220, Size Standard 750 employees. Solicitation/ Purchase Request number F2KBAB2075A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 effective 18 May 2012. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center PKOA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico is seeking potential sources to provide a pair of dual mode (grid switched and CW) traveling wave tube amplifiers that cover the frequency range of 18 to 40 GHz. The amplifiers are based on tubes manufactured by L-3 Communications, the model 8928H and 8939H integrated with a high voltage power supply.
