- This is a firm-fixed price performance-based Global Support Strategy for Visa Services Task Order against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (SAQMMA10D0017). The following objectives/activities apply to this task order: Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for Turkey, Armenia, Albania, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Greece and the UAE no less than ninety (90) calendar days after award and no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after award. Objective 2: Provide service package two, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, and greeter services for Turkey, Macedonia and Serbia. Objective 3: Provide service package three, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services and document delivery services for Armenia, Albania, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Bosnia, Croatia, Greece and the UAE. All Global Support Strategy for Visa Service task orders are competed amongst the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract holders: CSC and Stanley Associates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal.
