- Solicitation Number: W56HZV12R0415 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: Added: July 12, 2012 This sources sought is issued for information and planning purposes only. This announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future. No solicitation is available at this time, nor is there an estimated date of solicitation release at this time. The purpose of this notice is to identify POTENTIAL SOURCES who have the capability/interest to manufacture a Crew Distribution Panel with Electrical breakers, fabricated breaker box and harness changes; Lower Rail Replacement Kit which is fabricated hardware; Improved Lighting consisting of Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights, Stowage Case and custom harnesses; Blue Force Tracker (BFT) and Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) II/III which is fabricated mounting hardware, Automatic Fire Extinguisher System (AFES) which is fabricated and commercial parts; Smoke Generator Removal Kit which is common hardware items; Basic Issue Items (BII)/Components Of End Items (COEI) Supplemental Kit which is National Stock Number (NSN) type hardware; Improved Stowage which is fabricated parts; and a Cupola Plate Modification Kit which is fabricated parts. The following items shall not be considered as part of this Sources Sought Request, M88 Engine Door Two Piece Modification (12544001-1), Dow Corning Clear 3145 RTV Sealant ( part of 12510001), Loctite Thread Locker 24 (part of 12510001) and Loctite Prism Instant Adhesive 454 (part of 12510001). The Technical Data Package (TDP) is available on CD ROM by request to: kirk.m.miller8.civ@mail.mil See attached Request for Information (RFI) - Attachment to Sources Sought.
