- This document contains instructions on how to submit electronic proposals using the www.FBO.gov submission portal. Amendment 1: The deadline for submitting proposals has been postponed until 7/26/2012 by 5pm EST. All proposals shall be submitted via the FBO.gov electronic submission portal. Instruction for submitting proposals have been attached. Emailed proposals may not be accepted. This solicitation replaces solicitation RFP_C007238 and is for camera and mobile surveillance equipment for the FBI mobile surveillance teams. Please see the attached RFP for more information. IMPORTANT: All offerors that submited proposals to RFP_C007238 must resubmit all documentation in accordance with the attached solitication. Please read the instructions to offerors carefully as failure to submit all documentation will lead to disqualification. Please note that the item list in attachment A has changed from that of the cancelled solicitation. In addition, the FBI has provided a list of alternate items that are acceptable in attachment E. The FBI is not willing to accept any alternative items or suggestions for alternative items other than those in Attachment E. Please also note that Attachments C and D are reserved for contract award and intentionally not attached to this posting. Schedule: Proposals Due: 7/26/2012
