- Stage 1 Fire Restrictions Wage Determination Project Maps SF 33 - Solicitation Document This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for non-commercial forestry services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 15.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) AG82X9S120149. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFP are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The United States Forest Service (USFS) encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, service disabled veteran, and women owned business enterprises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which will be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents to remove tree shelters that were installed to protect ponderosa pine seedlings planted in 2007. A formal pre-proposal site visit will NOT be conducted. Enter prices in SF33 Section B using a typewriter or black ink. Follow instructions carefully in sections K, L and M; these will be included in any subsequent award.
