- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the America Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. A modification to add funding for an additional labor category to Hanks, Hanks & Associates firm fixed price contract was awarded. This contract is for HHA to provide Acquisition support to the Office of Procurement in Acquisition support. This modification will be awarded as a sole-source basis as authorized by statue in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Pat 19-805-1(a)(2), Small Business 8(a) Program. The selection of HHA, was based on market research, successful past performance, relative experience on projects of similar size and scope. The entire project will be awarded using ARRA funding.
