Description
Performance Work Statment Base Education Advisor This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0040-EducationAdvisor is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58; Defense Circular Number 20110629; Air Force Circular 2012-0330. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 611710 with a size standard of $7.0M. In quote, contractors shall provide pricing breakdown for base year and option year CLINs. CLIN 0001 - Base Education Advisor services at Base Education Center - 320 Units* First Option Year: FY 2014 CLIN 1001 - Base Education Advisor services at Base Education Center - 320 Units* Second Option Year: FY 2015 CLIN 2001 - Base Education Advisor services at Base Education Center - 320 Units* Third Option Year: FY 2016 CLIN 3001 - Base Education Advisor services at Base Education Center - 320 Units* Fourth Option Year: FY 2017 CLIN 4001 - Base Education Advisor services at Base Education Center - 320 Units* * - One (1) Unit equates to a 4-hour session. Description: Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, supervision, management, and anything else required to perform Base Education and Training Services (BTES) Education Advisor duties and responsibilities. These tasks are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be completed at the BTES Center on Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. Work for the base year shall commence 1 October 2012 and end 30 September 2013. Subsequent option years, if extended, start and end on the same date of their respective years. The provision at FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price. Technical capability will also be reviewed and evaluated to determine acceptability in accordance with the Statement of Work. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
