Help Desk Incident Tracking System RFI Attachment A Attachment B Attachment C ***Please send RFI responses to Angela M. Lagneaux via email no later than 08/20/2012*** The Sophos Request for Information (RFI) describes the United States Postal Service (USPS)requirements for a incident tracking and management software that manages the support and status of many different types of mail processing equipment for the USPS. The system shall be generally identified as "Sophos", as the project name, but will not necessarily be the final product name. For the remainder of this RFI, Sophos will be referred to as "system". The Supplier shall provide all labor and materials (except server hardware) to develop, design, manufacture, transport, install, train and document the system.
