ABSTRACT OF OFFERS *******ABSTRACT OF OFFERS******** __________________________________________________________________________________________.POSTED 6/22/2012 INVITATION FOR BID, SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS BID OPENING DATE: 7/25/2012 =============================================================.POSTED 6/4/2012 SYNOPSIS - THIS IS A TOTAL HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE: This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to replace channel light navigation structures located at Christiansted Harbor. Work is included but not limited to: removal of the existing towers, complete construction/installation of the replacement structures and layout the work/geographically position using a licensed surveyor in the Virgin Island. The performance period is corrected to 165 calendar days instead of 180 calendar days as previously stated. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside this acquisition for HUBZone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB) or Small Business concerns. At the present time, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a Small Business set-aside.
