Description
RECOVERY-- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER IDIQ MATOC D/B CONTRACTS FOR HUBZONE. Per FAR 5.7 this notice is provided for information purposes only; therefore FAR 5.203 does not apply. This project is restricted to the five previously selected MATOC contractors only. These contractors and current contract numbers are Intersteel, Inc. W912QR-09-D-0016, Howard W. Pence W912QR-09-D-0017, Q.B.S. W912QR-09-D-0018, TJC Engineering W912QR-09-D-0019, and Barlovento, LLC W912QR-09-D-0034. Plans, Specifications, and Site Visit information for Design and Construct Headquarters Building, Warriors in Transition, Ft. Knox, KY are available for download at www.fbo.gov. The work consists of: Construct a standard design WT Extra Small Company Headquarters building. Project includes administrative and operational facility, building information systems, and connection to a Energy Monitoring Control System (EMCS). Supporting facilities include all site work, electrical, utilities and connections, information systems, paving, walks, curb and gutter, storm drainage, site and exterior lighting, landscaping and other site improvements. Sustainability/Energy measures shall be provided. Access for individuals with disabilities shall be provided. Antiterrorism/Force protection measures shall be included. Heating and air conditioning shall be provided by self contained systems. Provide comprehensive building and furnishings related to interior design services (FF&E).
