- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Responses will not be returned. The 21st Contracting Squadron is performing market research searching for vendors of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software Brand Name or Equal to Agiliance RiskVision. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics are as follows: 1. The software must operate on Windows Server 2008 R2. Software itself must be able to be scanned using eEye Retina and be configured such that no Category 1 or Category 2 vulnerabilities as defined in DISA STIGs. 2. The software must be able to automatically retrieve and load vulnerability management data directly from network enterprise vulnerability scanning tools eEye Retina, and Nessus. 3. The software must be able to automatically retrieve and load data from the Host Based Security System (HBSS). 4. The software must be able to automatically retrieve and load asset configuration, location, and ownership data from Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). 5. The software must integrate data from the sources listed above and be able to produce reports and dashboards for analysis and action. 6. The software must be able to prioritize vulnerabilities based on business rules and data from the input sources. The software must be able to produce and automatically open trouble tickets in a BMC Remedy 7.x ticketing system. The software must be able to retrieve ticket status information for the Remedy ticketing system and update vulnerability status information as tickets are closed. The contractor shall support all necessary connections with existing AFNet vulnerability detection and asset tracking systems. These systems include NetIQ, Solarwinds, DISA Gold Disk, eEye Retina, McAfee Vulnerability, Nessus, BMC remedy and Microsoft Active Directory) Contractor support to this COTS software shall include training, installation support, trouble shooting, maintenance and integration of capabilities. The Government's requirement for this software and support is being developed. Proposed NAICS code is 511210 Software Publishers. AFFARS 5352.201-9101 - OMBUDSMAN (APR 2010) (a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the party to another official who can resolve the concern. (b) Before consulting with an ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution. Consulting an ombudsman does not alter or postpone the timelines for any other processes (e.g., agency level bid protests, GAO bid protests, requests for debriefings, employee-employer actions, contests of OMB Circular A-76 competition performance decisions).
