- Past Performance Questionare Form Task Order 0001 – Statement of Work SOLICITATION - USDA National Tower IDIQ AG-7604-S-12-0020 This is the Solicitation for a competitive set-aside 8(a) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) construction contract. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238110. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. National Tower IDIQ Scope: The contractor shall provide services for tower and antenna installation. The services shall include: site visits, tower and site engineering, P.E. certified drawings for Self-Supporting towers to include total "Turnkey" solution of ground preparation, tower related materials, entry panels, grounding system that meets Motorola R-56 standards and pre-build and post build resistivity testing results, purchase and installation of antennas and related material to include coaxial cable, Polyphasers and ground bus bars and mounting hardware to meet Forest Service standards. The contractor shall be required to obtain construction bonding and requisite insurance sufficient to support the individual construction of towers, as appropriate. Place of Performance: National Forest System. Period of Performance: The performance period is one (1) base period with four (4) option years.
