Description

The Tactical Training Ranges facilities in Fallon, NV; Yuma, AZ; Virginia Beach, VA; Cherry Point, SC; Beaufort, SC; Key West, FL and other associated TTR sites has a requirement to manage the CTTR contract and all associated assets and must have current and effective software. Specifications are included in the attached Statement of Work. The Government intends to award on a sole-source basis through Total Resource Management. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR part 6.302-1 This is not a request for quotes, however; any responsible source having the technical capabilities to meet the requirement described may submit a quote along with their technical capabilities which must clearly demonstrate the ability to fulfill this requirement, include complete and detailed technical specification of their product, past performance information, price, and lead time for consideration via email to: Marlena.warren@navy.mil no later than 2:00 PM PST Wednesday, August 1, 2012.
