Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: New York (Manhattan) Delineated Area: North: Exchange Plaza and Exchange Place South: Pearl Street East: South Williams and Broad Streets West: State Street, Battery Place, Greenwich Street, and Trinity Place Sq. Ft. Office: ANSI/BOMA Office Area in RSF: 4,712 Usable: 3,625 Space Type: Office Term: 10 Years, 5 Years Firm Additional Requirements: •- The space offered must be contiguous on one floor. 1 st floor preferable. •- No parking is required. •- Expected Occupancy of 11/28/2013 Submission Requirements: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): •- Building name/address. •- Location of space in the building and date it will be available. •- ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (ABOA SF). •- Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. •- Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative UGL Services Equis Operations. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire safety, Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100/500 year flood plain.
