- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) Solicitation W912L2-12-T-0012 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42 effective 16 July 2010 and Class Deviation 2010-O0013. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20100713. 3) This is an unrestricted purchase. The NAICS code is 238220, size standard $14 million. 4) Line Items (in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement). 5) Vendor must have installation capability, either in house or via subcontractor. 6) The Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price for this requirement.
