- Repairs to the Electrical Distribution of Substation #1 at Scott AFB, IL. This notice is provided for infomational purposes only; therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply. This project is restricted to the five previously selected MATOC contractors only. The contractors and current contract numbers are Intersteel, Inc. (W912QR-09-D-0016); Howard W. Pence (W912QR-09-D-0017); Q.B.S., Inc. (W912QR-09-D-0018); TJC Engineering (W912QR-09-D-0019); and Barlovento, LLC (W912QR-09-D-0034). Plans and Specifications for this project are available for download at www.fbo.gov. An interested vendors list is also available at www.fbo.gov. The Corps of Engineers does not have a bidder / plan holder list.
