- NOTICE TEXT: Defense Logistics Agency DLA Aviation- This synopsis is for NSN 6220-01-437-7640 under Purchase Request 0045185315 to procure a Light, Landing Aircraft for a quantity of 85 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The required delivery schedule is 230 days. Delivery Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
