- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. W91249-12-R-0003 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due 27 August 2012, 3:00 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by NLT 10 August 2012, 3:00 pm. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This acquisition is set aside for Section 8(a) competition, under NAICS code 541519, Size standard $25 MIL. The requirements in this solicitation, Information Assurance Computer (CYBER) Network Defense Training Support, as specified in solicitation W91249-12-R-0003 shall comply with all clauses throughout this solicitation and can be viewed by accessing website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
