- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center West Palm Beach intends to issue a Request for sealed bids for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision and all other items and services necessary to perform renovation of 60 public restrooms in the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Building 1 and the Community Living Center Building 2. This IFB will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard $33,500,000. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS AND NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED AT THIS TIME. It is anticipated that the Request for Bids will be issued on or before March 1, 2011.
