- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 Contracting Office and St. Louis VA Medical Center have a requirement for cable television advertisement for recruitment purposes. Due to the lack of visibility and awareness of the many vacancies at the St. Louis VA Medical Center, there is a dire need to seek more productive forms of advertising. The VA would like to build a positive brand image in advertising vacancies. In doing this, we will exhibit the St. Louis VA (and all VA facilities nationwide) as a premium choice employer. Performance period shall be from September 1, 2012 thru August 31, 2013 base with 2 option years. This procurement is a Full and Open Competition, utilizing NAICS code is 515210 and the small business size standard is $15.0M. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the solicitation. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov. Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications system at http://orca.bpn.gov. Technical questions are due no later than Tuesday, August 7, 2012 1:00PM. Quotes are required to be received no later than 4:30 PM CST, Tuesday, August 14, 2012.
