- The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification to questions regarding the nature of the Total Small Business Set-Aside and to extend the due date for proposals to be submitted to the government. Responses on page #4; the fourth question down and the seventh were answered incorrectly. Large businesses can subcontract and be involved in teaming arrangements.
