- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation BPD-TGT-13-CI-0002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $35.5. This requirement is not set-aside and is unrestricted with the size of business that can respond. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for eight (8) parking spaces within a one block radius of 230 S Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604. The contractor shall provide (8) indoor spaces that shall be guaranteed, not reserved. Parking shall be non-valet type parking. Parking location shall have 24 hour access for self-parking and shall be an indoor secured parking area. There shall be no stacked parking. Location shall have secured access such as security card or transponder. See attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance is October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. The Government requests that the contractor submit option year pricing for the following periods of performance: October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014 October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (FEB 2012), apply to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
