Based on market research this item is commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. Items will be shipped to a CONUS location. FOB Destination and varied inspection points are required per NSN. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date of 8/16/12. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. ( X ) The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed __5__ years.
