- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is soliciting offers to provide all personnel, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform Nephrology Services for the Oscar G. Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center, Iron Mountain, Michigan. The contract period of performance will be from the date of award (anticipated September 17, 2012) through March 10, 2013, with three (3) six month option periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The contract type is firm-fixed unit price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. This procurement is unrestricted. All qualified offeror/firms who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit an offer. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 is $10.0 Million. Interested Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 866-606-8220 or by accessing www.ccr.gov. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation including the FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items or online at https://orca.bpn.gov/. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about July 27, 2012. The electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response. Date for receipt of offers is August 17, 2012, 11:00 A.M. CST.
