Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Crestview Delineated Area: City of Crestview, FL Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,808 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,808 Space Type: Medical Space Parking Spaces (Total): 75 Parking Spaces (Surface): 75 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· The Government is only considering existing buildings. •· The Government may elect to solicit 15 Years / 15 Years firm. •· At least 50 of the 75 required parking spaces should be on-site. The remaining spaces can be within a walkable ¼ mile. •· The space must conform to the Anti Terrorism Force Protection Requirements as outlined in UFC 4-010-01, 8 Oct 2003, United Facilities Criteria (UFC) DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space must be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless there are no practicable alternatives.
