Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-12-R-0017 will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or after July 31, 2012. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DFARS Changes Notice 20120724. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 562991 and the business size standard is NTE 6.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 (1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001): Cleaning of Portable Toilets CLIN 0002 (1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002): Rental of Portable Toilets The Government will award to the responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror(s) must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-12-R-0017. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 03:00PM, Japan Standard Time on the solicitation closing date.
