- Amendment #01 to Solicitation The Manti La Sal National Forest has a requirement for janitorial services for a building occupied by the Forest Service to house the Forest Supervisor's office and staff. This contract shall provide property management services which will include daily janitorial service in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor shall utilize commercial practices that will maintain the facility in a satisfactory condition. Contractor shall furnish equipment and supplies, labor, transportation and supervision necessary to perform required services at the designated Forest Service building. The work to be performed is at the Manti LaSal Supervisor's Office located at 599 West Price River Drive, Price, Utah. Description and size of the facilities are as follows: The building consists of a 1 (one) floor building. The first floor consists of approximately 14,000 square feet. There are approximately 28 (twenty-eight) private offices, 2 (two) conference rooms, 2 (two) restrooms, 1 (one) storage room, 1 (one) mechanical/janitorial room, 1(one) file room, 2 (two) open office spaces, 1 (one) breakroom, 1 (one) copier room, and 1 (one) receptionist/mailroom area. All areas are carpeted except for the restrooms, break room, storage room and mechanical/janitor room. Presolicitation Notice posted to the FBO webpage on July 10, 2012. Solicitation Package will be posted on approximately July 25, 2012. Quotes are due August 7, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. All offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database and the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) databases. Registrations should be reviewed to ensure that they are current at the time they submit an offer. This amendment clarifies work to be completed as part of any resulting contract from this solicitation and extends the quote due date to August 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Clarifications: #1 - Contractor will not be responsible for dusting furniture in the receptionist/mail room #1 - Appendix #1 to the solicitation indicates a vacant space of 1,250 square feet. This is incorrect. This area houses 5 cubicle offices that will require cleaning. *****Offerors will be required to submit a signed copy of this amendment along with their offer to this solicitation for their offer to be considered valid*****
