- Attachment 1: GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 Attachment 2: J&A (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 is issued as a sole source request for proposal (RFP). Please see attached J&A for Authority, estimated contract value, contract award date and contractor. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. (iv) No set-aside is contemplated, the associated NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25.0 mil. (v) Please see the attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, including option(s). (vi) Please see attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) Please see attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for the date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for the specific evaluation criteria. (x) The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for the addenda to the provision. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for additional FAR clauses cited in the clause that are applicable to the acquisition. (xiii) Please see attached solicitation GSC-QFOB-12-C0006 for additional contract requirement(s) and terms and conditions. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition.
